Dopo aver affumicato una pancetta di maiale ieri, ne ho preparata e finita un po' per colazione oggi.
Delizioso e esattamente quello che cercavo per replicare antipasti di pancetta di maiale in stile ristorante che ho assaggiato.
Adoro questa ricetta. Non l'ho letta fino al giorno in cui la stavo preparando, quindi non l'ho lasciata raffreddare tanto quanto avrebbe dovuto, ma è comunque venuta benissimo! Mi sarebbe piaciuta una salsa da abbinare.
