kommt nicht normalerweise zucker in das tamago? oder ist dieses gesüßte ei etwas anderes?

Klasse, danke für das einfache Rezept. Sieht (wie Sushi) geschnitten sehr gut aus und man kann noch Soße oben drauftun ;-) Erster Gedanke war allerdings auch, dass hier etwas Zucker fehlt. Halt dieser Tamago Geschmack. Ich probier's aus :-)
