Queste sono senza dubbio le migliori ali che abbia mai mangiato. Questa è la mia ricetta di ali preferita, rimangono croccanti anche dopo essere state ricoperte di salsa buffalo.
Queste non sono ali in stile Buffalo, NY. Le ali in stile Buffalo sono fritte, "nude." Nessuna farina.
Ho estratto le ali dalla padella, le ho lasciate asciugare per 3 minuti e poi le ho immerse nella salsa piccante. Poi le ho grigliate per 3-5 minuti ad alta temperatura.
