The egg is also rich in flavor. It may take some time to be served during busy hours, but it is definitely worth the wait for this dish.
The specialty here is the large shrimp, but since I can't eat it, I tried the equally popular "chanpon"! The restaurant is located on the premises of "Michi no Eki Kotooka". They offer a wide variety of set meals, rice bowls, noodles, and even Inaniwa udon. The chanpon faithfully recreates the authentic flavor. It has a tonkotsu soup that is rich without any strong smells. The noodles are thick, and although there may be slightly less vegetables, the overall portion is satisfying. They serve pickled ginger on the side, perhaps for those who don't like it. There were plenty of seats from regular tables to slightly raised seating areas. I arrived around 11:30 and the restaurant was already about 80% full! It must be a popular spot loved by locals. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting ´꒳`.
I went to try the highly rated shrimp fry based on reviews. It is a restaurant located at the Kinoka Road Station, but it was my first time having lunch there. I ordered the shrimp fry set meal and shrimp bowl, and after waiting for 10 minutes, I couldn't help but smile at the presence of the shrimp fry placed in front of me! The shrimp bowl was too voluminous as well! I enjoyed the deliciousness with my mouth wide open. The shrimp fry, recommended with its thick size of less than 20cm. The atmosphere of the restaurant is slightly lacking compared to the food, so I deduct one star, but I would like to challenge the shrimp curry next time.
