It was my first time visiting, but I received a detailed explanation of the menu from the female owner. I decided on the grilled udon with deer meat, which was excellent with the fresh deer meat and matched perfectly with the hormone. I also enjoyed hearing local stories and had a fun lunch!
The hormone udon at this restaurant uses only high-quality intestines, making it delicious. Adding pork belly as a topping is also a good idea! The way to eat the hormone udon here is like tsukemen style.
It is appreciated that the restaurant has different operating hours compared to others. The style of eating tsukemen is also different from other places. Personally, I was disappointed that the flavor was a bit light. I added a lot of grated garlic. The noodles are flat noodles, and both the horumon and udon were delicious. The owner may seem unfriendly at first glance, but she was actually very friendly and easy to talk to.
道の駅巡りの帰り道、ホルモンうどんを食べたくてフラっと立ち寄りました。道の駅「平福」の近くです。 土曜日の夕方でしたが、お客さんはおらず。なので中央の鉄板を温める間、他のテーブルで待機。 一人前から注文できます。お肉は選べるようですが、うどんとの相性でホルモンがオススメとのこと。お肉は追加できます。薄めに味つけられた焼きうどんをオリジナルのタレにダイブさせていただきます。タレは他店よりあっさりめとのこと。新鮮なよいホルモンです。かなりジューシーでした。 こだわりのホルモンということで、お値段も高め。値上げせずに頑張ってらっしゃるそうですが…二人前で1820円でした。
