This restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, creating a sense of openness. It's a bit hard to find from the road, but definitely worth the effort. I had the garlic burger, while my companion tried the hamburger with demi-glace sauce, both of which were juicy and flavorful. We enjoyed it served with a mix of 16-grain rice. I highly recommend you visit!

I recently had the pleasure of discovering a fantastic Western cuisine restaurant after a long time. The atmosphere inside is lovely, and the food is outstanding! The prices are exceptionally reasonable. At other places, you might get lower quality for double the price, but this restaurant truly delivers. I will definitely be returning!

On my second visit, I ordered the pork rice bowl and the roast beef rice bowl. The dishes were not only visually appealing but also flavorful. Everything I’ve tried at Basal Kitchen has been delicious. I also ordered the Basque cheesecake, which is the same as the one from Osarna in Kizuna, and it was consistently delicious.
