そば Chá Wū Chuī Shàng ān Zhì Bù Zhì Diàn

On a cold day in November 2021, I had a hot pot udon. It really warmed me up. The soup was delicious as well. The udon noodles were soft and my favorite type of noodle. I highly recommend it.

I was recommended to visit this soba restaurant by the inn staff. The chef's loud voice resonates throughout the restaurant. Although it may seem noisy at first, the precise instructions to the staff and the care for the customers create a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. In addition to soba, there are various other dishes to enjoy as well. I had a great time.

I tried the black pork dipping soba. The gentle broth was light and refreshing, but towards the end, I felt like there wasn't enough black pork. Yuzu pepper and green onions were served on the side, so I think it's good to add them according to your preference. By the way, it's over 900 calories! The restroom is located at the back, with the men's restroom in the front, so when going to the women's restroom, you can kind of see inside the men's restroom, which was a little off-putting.
