Ithaca Ale House - <a href

Typical Ale House experience. Good drinks, good food, not cheap but affordable. Nice night out. George the bartender was very friendly and engaging with the customers. That's not common anymore and it really made for a fun evening.

The waiters are really nice and the service was good overall. for their food, the grilled cheese i ordered — four pieces — were all really greasy and honestly i couldn’t taste the differences between them. the beer was good tho.

This place was off the wall! It met and exceeded my expectations. The burger was super delicious the Ithaca apricot beer made me fall in love again. A must have definitely when your in the finger lakes.

Had a party of four for beers on a slow night; they had lots of open tables. They refused to seat us at a table because we weren't getting food; they would only let us sit at hightops (but I have arthritis in my knee so that doesn't work for me, and I told them so, but they didn't care). It's an “ale house”, by the name; one would expect to be allowed to sit and drink ale. Total fail. We walked out and went elsewhere.
