The food is prepared for you unlike traditional Korean BBQ where you cook the food at your table, however you don't give up any of the delicious experience. Meats are all perfectly prepared combining all the staple Korean favorites pork stir-fry and BBQ short ribs amongst my favorite. Main dishes are served with pickled cabbage, kimchi, salad and soup… don't walk run
This restaurant is usually very good, I go quite frequently. However, my last experience was very unpleasant. The waiter was staring the entire time I was eating and kept asking if everything was alright with my meal. I began to realize it was because they had cut corners with the food. Ordered the fried chicken appetizer, dak galbi, and dolsot bibimbap..soooo tasty. The dolsot bibimbap left a delicious slight crunchy texture to the rice on the bottom. The salad, soup, and side dishes were also great. The portions and amount of food you receive are generous, we took some home. The staff members were amazing. Our waitress was so kind and helpful describing what was what and informative on what soju we picked out. Can't wait to come back, new favorite place.
I brought my family here after a long day on the slopes and everything was amazing. The food was delicious, the service was great, the portions were sizable, the sides were unique, and everything was very authentic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Korean food. We got the tteokbokki and it was the perfect texture, the sauce was the right consistency, spice, and flavor, and the fish cakes that came with it were delicious.
Took my girlfriend here for a birthday dinner and it exceeded our expectations. Korpot absolutely deserves all the hype it gets. I first heard about it from a local who praised the kitchen and we finally decided to get out to try it for a special occasion. Despite ordering at the counter yourself, the way you are served at Korpot felt like a dining experience rather than just a dinner at a restaurant. We ordered a few appetizers and the bulgogi entree to share, all of the food came out extremel … – show
