Aberfoyle Hub Tavern

I've visited this place many times with my family, and I can say that the food is consistently better than what you would typically expect from a pub menu.

As soon as we waited in “We have waited for them to show up. they are our last booking for tonight.” not welcome or something. then he took away our menus before we had ordered! eating was meh. the chairs were comfortable.

Food was fresh and delicious. Staff were welcoming and attentive. I liked the recent changes to the dining area. The 20% seniors discount on main meals was appreciated

When we arrived we were told there was no steak, no barramundi and no prawns. That's half your menu unavailable. Had we known beforehand we would have gone elsewhere.

The place was not busy but food came out late and at different times. Drink was forgotten, service attitude was poor, Vegetables not cooked. Food was bland. Give it a miss unless u want a Fawlty Towers experience without any fun.
