Easy to see me. I was the only one waiting. Expecting them to tell me when it was ready. Finally asked why they were taking so long. IT HAD BEEN ON THE BACK COUNTER GOING COLD FOR OVER 10 MINUTES. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND AVERAGE PRODUCT.......MADE WORSE BY BEING COLD! To top it off, the good in the oven at home was overdone. NOT IMPRESSED, AND THAT WAS AN OPENING SPECIAL AS IT IS NOW CESARS PIZZA!
Came back after banning this place for a few terrible experiences hoping that somehow they had improved. I was very wrong. The poor girls who work there have nothing to do with this review as they were very nice and the reason this gets the 2 stars. Without being too harsh the simple fact of the matter is the pizzas lack flavour. They are medium based with little to no grease at the bottom of the box which is always a good sign for you health nuts. But at the end of the day the pizzas were so bland, the cheese was so minimal also. I had already swore I 'd never be back until a group of us here for the footy on a Friday night decided to see if I was just being over the top with my review on the place. 6 pizzas of different varieties were ordered that night and each and every person agreed they had never had pizza so flavourless. It 's really sad because the people are always so friendly and it 's our local but as most Aberfoyle Park eateries go this one is as bland as the rest. Can 't see myself going again unless some BIG changes are made.
Love this place! Consistently tasty food, with some of the best pizzas I've ever had. We've lived in Aberfoyle Park for the last 14 years and haven't found a better pizza joint. Highly recommended.
Excellent value for money pizzas. Priced between Domino's and Marcellina's. They do a roaring trade.
There is a reason why the Dominos in the area doesn't do well, and it's Hub Pizza. This is my go to Pizza place, and I've brought many people here, and we're all return customers! Want a recommendation? Try the Super Supreme (minus mushroom, add anchovies and olives) and the Chicken Supreme. Hub pizza loads on the toppings, and actually uses real chicken! The people are friendly, the gelato is to die for and the wait times are very low. I'm so glad that I live fairly close by, everyone loves a good pizza, especially when after eating it you don't feel like you hate yourself. My only small gripe is that if you order a much larger pizza, the toppings can be mildly sparse and sometimes (rarely) the pizza is floppy. Also, Kalamatra olives are so much nicer than Spanish olives! Massive fan!
