Buffet King - Abilene

The restaurant had a very clean atmosphere. Their buffet features a diverse selection of fresh, hot dishes and vegetables. They also offer excellent options for fresh fruits and salads. The staff was prompt and courteous as well. I highly recommend this place.

We have dined here before, and our experience wasn't great. However, something seems to have changed, and we were happily surprised this time. The food was excellent—hot and fresh. The sushi bar has seen significant improvements and was very enjoyable. The service was also friendly. We'll definitely be returning now!

The standard menu items are comparable to other places in Abilene, and their ribs can be quite good. They excel at chicken, beef and broccoli, and mushrooms. The jalapeño poppers are enjoyable, though some can be overcooked. The dumplings and chicken skewers are both flavorful and delicious. The soups, including egg drop and hot and sour, are plentiful but can be inconsistent in quality. They also offer a small variety of American fare, such as pizza, fried fish, and potatoes, which serves as a nice break from the Asian menu. Overall, it’s worth a visit. There’s even a grill that allows you to build your own bowls, which could benefit from more usage. However, it's possible that Abilene's previous Genghis Grill didn't succeed, which might explain the lack of understanding. For those who aren't fans of Chinese cuisine, this place presents a great alternative to create a dish that suits your taste. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is attentive, making it a pleasant place for a buffet experience. Enjoy!

Delicious food and spotless buffet lines! The staff was prompt in clearing tables and refilling drinks. The food was served piping hot, and the sushi and dessert bars were perfectly chilled. Even though the restaurant was bustling, the friendly staff maintained cleanliness throughout. My only downside was that dinner prices have gone up, and there were no announcements to inform customers. For those interested in pricing details: it costs $13.56 for adults, and seniors aged 60 and above enjoy a 10% discount.

We absolutely LOVE Buffet Asia! The selection is fantastic and offers something for everyone. The sushi is outstanding, the fish is delightful, and the vegetables are delicious. We've never tried anything here that we didn't enjoy! We visit frequently because we just can't get enough of it!
