I don't remember seeing it occupied before we left. Additionally, she didn't have to decline my request for a chair. After thinking it over, I chose the beef and asparagus instead of the salmon and broccoli. However, when my order arrived, it turned out to be beef and broccoli. Naturally, I asked for an exchange. The waiter came back to inform me that there was no asparagus. I later learned that it was thrown out because it had gone bad, costing the restaurant $150.00. I was quite disappointed, and it only got worse when I tried the overcooked steak. For two lunch plates, one appetizer, one fountain drink, and one adult drink, the bill came to $70.00 including tip. The waiter was good, but overall, I won’t be returning.
I called for the waitress, Brooklyn, who struggled to help us. She remained polite despite having another table dealing with the same issue. Eventually, the manager, Brent, came over and explained that they would need to restart their entire system. For over 30 minutes, we went back and forth trying to pay a mere $17 balance, yet I still tried to keep a positive attitude. Later, we were contacted by a woman named Crispy outside the restaurant, who informed us that our payment method could not be accepted. As more customers continued to arrive, she told us we were holding up the process for others, then abruptly left before our party was even settled. After another prolonged wait, the manager returned to say our card had been declined yet again and offered to cover our bill himself. It’s clear that both the manager and Crispy could benefit from proper training on customer service. In contrast, Brooklyn was lovely and did her best under the circumstances. I can’t say I’ll return to Chili’s after this experience. When their system goes down, it's unacceptable for customers to be left waiting without clarity or support. No dessert was offered while we waited to sort out the $17 bill, and it felt like we were treated as an inconvenience. Thanks, but no thanks, Chili’s—kudos to Brooklyn for her exceptional service amidst the chaos.
This restaurant offers a neutral vibe with a pleasant atmosphere. The layout is relaxed, and the simple service is quick. However, the quality of the products feels somewhat inconsistent, especially during my first visit. Overall, the urban setting is comfortable.
Our server, Chris was great. We ordered and Then he said both of those entrees were on the 2 for 25 menu ,getting us more bang for our buck and a dessert that made me husband really happy. The spicy chicken with mangoes very good and Bob's burger was definitely for a big mouth. We were out quick and very satisfied.
My family attempted to eat at this establishment on Saturday. It was so nasty we had to leave. The tables had not been cleaned and there was food all over the floors and tables. Didn’t look like it had been swept in days. The hostess and waiter were were very unfriendly. After ordering drinks, we decided that if the seating area looked that bad, imagine what the kitchen looked like. There was no way we were eating anything that came out of there. Yuck!
