Dunkin' - Abilene

I love this store. I’m a morning regular since Dunkin is basically the only place open before I go to work! Michelle is the sweetest lady ever, her positive attitude always starts my day off right and she makes my coffee the best! Recently there’s been a lot of new hires and occasionally my drink is made wrong, BUT, they are all so sweet about it and willing to remake it for me any time that happens. Keep up the great work, y’all are the best!

Fast, friendly service. Did an online order and was ready when i got there. The frozen chocolate drink was really chocolatey. The iced coffee was refreshing. Got my order right.

Get a coffee and munchkins usually every day that i work. They know my order and know me by name now haha! luv it! always taste great and all the staff if great!

If they do not have the app, they should get it! they earn points to free drinks that they often run specials to earn additional points. they love the coffee their coffee sizes seem a little bigger than competitors at a slightly cheaper price!

Her coffee is good, but I asked for a latte and she gave me an icy coffee and argued with me a latte is not hot instead of repairing it. not good if you don't know the difference between a hot and cold coffee.
