Contribuisci feedbackThe waitress, Livy, was excellent. Despite it being an extremely busy night, she managed everything remarkably well. The nachos were tasty, and the boys really enjoyed their burgers and sandwiches. The fish and chips were delicious, but a bit too large for someone like me. Overall, it was a great dining experience and a fantastic spot to catch a game.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. We waited over an hour for our pickup order, and the food was bland. The staff member who assisted us was unprofessional and dismissive, particularly towards the women in our group when they tried to reorder. Honestly, waiting felt like a painful experience, as we struggled with less-than-capable staff who couldn't even figure out how to process a refund. We spent $60, and for what? Just to have an incompetent assistant manager avoid the women in our group and serve us tasteless food, without offering any sort of discount. If there were a restaurant chain that embodied disappointment, this would be it.
When my partner returned, we had ordered shrimp and two platters of crab legs, but they forgot to provide any utensils. I went back inside the restaurant around 7 PM, expecting to find a host available, but there was none. I noticed a waitress at a station in the back, so I approached her. I was the only one in that area, yet she didn't acknowledge me even after I stood there for 2-3 minutes. I had to say "excuse me" twice before she finally noticed me. I asked her for some crackers for the crab legs, and she looked at me as if I were asking for something outrageous. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only three tables occupied, and the one server who did make eye contact with me was at one of them. After about 6-7 minutes, she finally returned with just one set of crackers. I didn’t want to wait around for more. Overall, the waiting staff was inattentive, unhelpful, and not very friendly. I wouldn't come back to this place even if someone paid for my meal. I spent over $100 and received service that felt like it was barely above water. I regretted leaving a tip on the tab since that interaction happened before getting my food. I couldn't believe how poorly run this location was.
Of our group of 28, we finally got seated. We spent 40 minutes enjoying our food, and then we placed an order to take some food home. Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes to prepare. After asking about our order five times, we tried to speak to the manager, but the bartender ignored us. After waiting for another 10 minutes, they finally brought out our to-go order, but it was burnt. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Don't order to go for food. Every time we have placed an order online, it takes an hour and half or more for our food. Then the order is always missing items. Then when you get the food, it's cold as if it just sits in the back and gets cold. If the restaurant is unable to manage orders, they simply have to cancel the option. It's been so since the place opened.
