We got there, long line. Ordered food. There were several people waiting on their food. No med lids for cups. No Brisk Raspberry tea. The lady in front of me waited 30 minutes for their order and another lady before her the same. They rush to get the drive tru orders made but everyone else has to wait. Spoke to the manager… he said it was not his fault that they are busy. I got a refund and left. Will never return to this store again!
Went through drive-thru. Made special order, was charged extra for special order. Got home and of course order was wrong. Took it back because I had to pay extra for this order, otherwise wouldn 't have gone back. No apology for messing up order. Felt like they had a their mistake, my problem attitude. Food definitely not worth the hassle.
I really don't like using apps to get the best deals but that the only way KFC honors the price. Sure I saved money but it's a hassle.
I am obviously not the preferred ethnicity here. Employees are very attentive to their own, left me waiting to order as they catered to someone else. They wanted to charge me extra, as I observed them blatantly giving the equivalent to someone else. They are ignoring the most recent walk-in customer as well.
