Olive Garden - Abilene

Delicious. This time I sat at the bar and Celestina took care of me, she helped me with the menu... Thanks a lot for such amazing service.

Haven was so wonderful definitely made the experience worth it. Been back 2 times just because of her. Definitely ask for haven if you want to have a great time and Professional experience.

It was fairly busy for being a Wednesday, but we got our table pretty quickly for the two of us. Our server was very attentive and the food never tasted better!!! Everything had the perfect temperature and the quality was excellent.

The wife and I were not happy with the wait but the manager made us walk away satisfied. Our server was being monitored from a distance by her supervisor who handled the customer service issues and her performance gracefully. Our food had obviously sat in a window for a solid 20 min. The pasta was dehydrated and discolored. We asked for another portion of the pasta and it was delivered promptly. The mgr had a professional pep talk with his server and comped a portion of our meal. Cudos to the mgr. Wish I would have caught his name.

I feel Dining experience is great but To Go is a NO! Ordered soup/salad and my soup was just broth, i did find two potato slices in there I guess that 's good enough. Also they totally ignored my request for no onions, and olives..Yes I simply picked them out but the onion flavor lingered. I also asked for extra dressing and that was a no go too. I resorted to Kraft Italian which ruined the flavor. Bread was super hard but I dipped it in my broth to soften some. I was hoping to find maybe a package of cheese for my salad but I guess they don 't offer that. I most likely won 't order to go again. Edit- Olive Garden contacted me and I had a much better experience after last! Currently dining in for Veterans day and I just have to say Thank You! Thank you for not judging me when asked if I was a Veteran for a selected menu. Too many times I have been judged because I don 't look like a Veteran or because I 'm not missing a limb. Not all Veterans look alike and not all Veterans are old. I thoroughly enjoyed my alone time eating and the food was exceptional! Thank ya 'll for the support!
