Panda Express - Abilene

Excellent fresh food and service! When I ordered the fried rice, there was enough for them to use up the old last bit of it for my bowl, but I'm so thankful that they told me it would be a couple minutes for a fresh batch!!

The best Panda Express I've eaten at! I had the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and super greens. The food was delicious

Lizzy, Emma and Chris are absolutely amazing! They are always happy and work together very well. They really put a lot of pride into their work and try their best to make us as customers happy. I've seen them encounter some rude customers and they just take it in stride and smile and say i hope you have a wonderful day. Now that is outstanding customer service!

I went in for lunch and sat down just before about 25-30 members of two basketball teams came in. The staff handled them so well! They were efficient, friendly, and kept up with the unexpected rush better than any fast food place I’ve ever seen. There was a small problem with one of the flavors at the beverage station, but as soon as they were made aware, they reacted instantly and with a smile, showing sincere gratitude for having been made aware of the situation. I was a restaurant manager for over 20 year, so this kind of stuff always stands out to me. This location has exceeded expectations in their hiring selections!
