Red Lobster - Abilene

Hostess seated my husband and myself in the very back room and did not inform anyone. We sat there for about 15 minutes and weren't even greeted by anyone. We finally were greeted and she came back a few minutes later, by then we just got up and left. Update: The manger made it right for us. We were given a gift card and used it last night. We did not see anyone that was on shift the night of the bad experience, so no one knew of the other experience, so they were not trying to just make up for it. We received excellent service from everyone. Our waitress Kiley was just the best she was very attentive and friendly. We had a great experience! Thank you for making us want to come back!

What's most important to me is always service but in this case the food was just as awesome as the service. Thank you for being timely professional and providing a fantastic meal. Short wait but worth it! We went on Tuesday night and it was quite busy. Steven the manager at the time was very gracious and checked on us more than once to make sure we were happy. We were seated after about a 1/2 hour and got our menus but immediately went for the bacon wrapped scallops yummmmm. Kaitlyn was a fantastic waitress and was enjoyable as a person. Our dinner did take a few but was excellent. The lobster and steak were both great and the cheddar bay biscuits are amazing. We ordered a mango based drink that was waaay too easy to drink lol! Trystan was our runner she ended up running for our extra biscuits and being a friendly lady. All around good people and quite a good meal.

It's been a while since I actually enjoyed a seafood place with my children. The service was overwhelming, the food was perfect all around, the seating was very comfortable for my party of 7, the whole environment and our server was always happy and kept us in a great mood. Ironically, we were there to honor the birthday of our deceased mother since she passed a month before her birthday, and our server had the same name as our mother. That put the mood in a special way for us and everything else was an additional bonus. I would recommend this place a thousand times.

Our waitress Delane was great personality and service overall!!!
