Starbucks - Abilene

"It's an average experience at Dieucks, which is part of a combined food chain sharing space with Haien and the deli next door. The staff was friendly, and my grandson enjoyed a cookie from their selection while we dined at Haien. During our visit, we were the only customers seated, and we took our time with the meal. However, we encountered a couple of issues: the tables were not clean, and there were quite a few flies around. Our table was located right next to the outside double doors, which may have contributed to the problem. Employees from both Sharkey's and Dieucks saw us cleaning our own table but did not acknowledge it. When we returned a few days later, the tables were still dirty. After I mentioned the cleanliness issue, a manager came over and personally cleaned all the tables, which was appreciated. However, we couldn’t tell if the cleaning protocols had been adjusted afterward. I’m giving it four stars because the food is excellent and the staff is pleasant during service. They just need to improve their cleanliness standards."

Typically, the staff at this place is very friendly, but there’s always someone who seems unhappy in their job and treats customers poorly. This morning, I encountered an older blonde woman who was quite unsettling! It's hard to understand how someone can be so grouchy while working in a coffee shop.

The evening was enjoyable, the ride was quick, and my drink was prepared just the way I like it. We'll definitely be returning next time!

The new redesign of this load is really good. the stank of the homeless, which they allow throughout the day, however, makes it almost impossible to enjoy. I'm pretty sure they falsified their insider sale. also not with the name of the admin wifi. they can do better. I'm one of those who are before my return.

This Starbucks is always quick and I love that it’s easy to stop by on my way to work as a teacher. Thank you!
