Had your ribs I’m from Texas and have to say well done green beans need some bacon and ham in my baked beans but that’s a Texas thing but the food was great I would put sauce on the side because your ribs are cooked good and good food don’t need sauce thank you very much
We had a nice time dining at Logan’s. They have good food, friendly service, but it gets busy early. We arrived at 4pm and they had a 20 minute wait time. I couldn’t imagine what the wait time would be around 7:00 or 8:00. If you do get there early, you can take advantage of some of the deals they offer some meal options from 3:00-6:00. The peanuts that they offer are good to munch on while waiting for your meal. I feel bad that they have to sweep up the shells each shift so I gather mine onto a plate. They don’t mind that you throw them on the floor though.
I went to pick up my online order. The take-out order was on the counter. I went to grab it. The person responsible for online orders said “NAME” rudely. I gave her my name, and she pushed my order towards me, which almost tipped over. She never said anything after that. I continued to look into my order to see if everything was there. She once again, in a rude tone, said, “Everything is there.” Guess what she was wrong. Something was missing. She was reluctant to get the item. I talked to the manager Jennifer who did some service recovery to the best of her ability. I always had excellent service. Maybe she had a bad day.
The mashed potatoes were clearly boxed instant potatoes but the waitress insisted they were authentic. Then the manager also refused to admit the obvious. When I gave her the out that possibly they were usually homemade but perhaps they were out so the cook whipped up a batch of instant while they were making more, she continued to deny ever using instant. Everyone at the table tried a bite and it was so clear these were boxed. Lying about what you are serving your customers is not acceptable. Many people, including myself, have food allergies and sensitivities and cannot tolerate additives in boxed foods.
