Friends here for dinner two weeks before Christmas. the food was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. we have been there already and it was really super crowded, but not this time what is great for covid protocol.

Burnt brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes great personal and environmental, but not good eating.

Steak tips weren't worth $29.00 they were hard and chew. salat dressing was tasteless.

I really wanted to love the place the people are incredibly lovely, caring, happy to be there, happy to serve you! But the food, which was ok, didn't stand up to what we were hoping for. My husband reports the beer left him sadly disappointed, lacking hops and personality. The Poutine was WAY WAY too greasy sure we ordered the short rib poutine (not very much of the curds or meat) but the fries were floating in so much grease, it was hard to eat (Ok, so the husband didn't flinch and went passed it). The grits were dry and lumpy great flavor but not great texture and I am a fan of the coarse grit situation! Lastly, the salmon tacos were plump and full, those were good, and the beet salad was really good. But $7 for a side salad is a bit scary. Overall, not bad, but wish it had been a bit better.
