Island Spice - Acworth

Eating is absolutely delicious! after my man and I visited this restaurant for the first time, we have gone back several times in the last 2 weeks. the owner and the workers were also very pleasant and my family will continue to be regular customers!

I love the food here! Me and my family go here often. Good food is hard to find. Thank you for the good food you serve the community.

Slow service and Mediocre Jamaican food!! The curry goat was just average. The Coco bread was rubbery, like they put in the microwave. It became hard as a rock as it cooled down. I asked for white rice and got rice and red beans. I called the order in, waited 15 mins before leaving to go there (10 drive) and still had to wait another 20 mins for my food. They were definitely short handed! Honestly, NOT impressed. Likely won't go back.

It’s average in taste. For the price you pay they don’t give you a lot of food. The rice isn’t cooked and there’s no gravy.. where’s the juice?? That’s the best part. I’m very disappointed and upset that I spent $14 on this. I should’ve went the extra 4 miles to Jamaica’s best cuisine or golden crust. Golden crust is expensive but at least they give you a lot of food and you actually taste the Caribbean spices.

I called to place an order and this man-face woman was VERY rude and disrespectful. She seemed irritated that she had to keep repeating herself as I could not hear her that well I am hard of hearing). She HUNG UP on me when I asked about the price of jerk chicken. Who does that? This was VERY unprofessional. What an ignorant woman. Lost a customer.
