Jack's - Adamsville

If your sign advertises double gravy biscuits for $3.75, then that's what the register should charge. However, they were polite and corrected my order when they mistakenly gave me pancakes.

Mr. Frank and his team at Jack's in Adamsville provided outstanding customer service! Mr. Frank was extremely polite and respectful, just like the cashier. My order was served piping hot, fresh, and simply delicious! I absolutely love Jack's in Adamsville! Their breakfast is incredible too. Be sure to stop by and give them a try. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention that their ice is great as well!

To make matters worse, the fries were rubbery, the green beans were cold, and we didn’t receive our drinks. The staff was unfriendly, and they didn’t fulfill our order correctly. I have never had a bad experience at a Jack’s before, but the food here was disappointing, and the employees were quite rude. I won’t be returning to this location!

Monday Oct. 10th Franklin and staff at Jack's was very helpful. I called in a family size order and asked the food be fresh and he made sure it was fresh and my family enjoyed it. He also honored my trucker discount.

Do not try ordering inside we watched the drive thru empty totally out twice before any one would take the couple in front of us order then it was a member of management taking orders and was just rude from tell them well tell me what yall want to taking tous. Then no ranch or buffalo sauce, just opened box the 1 of then tenders is the same size as the fries ????. Do not have one ofthese in Panama City but see we are not missing anything.
