Meso Maya Addison

It took 40 minutes to get our drinks and over an hour to get our food. I understand that restaurants are having a hard time right now but 40 minutes to get a drink is a bit excessive. The food was good when it eventually did come out.

Love the environment in Meso Maya Addison. Fun, uplifting the service is consistently friendly and excellent. The cuisine is always delicious and excellent quality. If I ever had to pick one restaurant, this is the One! Meso Maya in Addison.

The first time we came here the food and service was excellent. Came here last night with a party of 5. The food was great again but the service was terrible. Drinks took 20-30 minutes to arrive. Our waitress would disappear for a long time. She took our order then never came back to check on food or refill our drinks. We had to flag down the manager

Food was fantastic as usual but the noise level was too loud. We could barely hear each other speak. Maybe think about installing some sound absorbing panels inconspicuously since the ambiance is nice

Took nearly an hour to receive appetizers, even guac queso. Drinks were the same. Cited a new ordering system, but even though the place was nearly empty- there was little desire/ effort from the team to make up for technical snafu’s. Everyone was nice and the food was great when it came- but took way too long.
