GO-JJI Adelaide BBQ

Last winter I have dined here solo and I wish I had taken a friend as the facility and pricing is designed for at least 2 people. nothing the less I had a good meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Don't miss it.

By zomato: read all the negative comments here some dating back 4 years ago and today the experience is exactly as described in the comments below. what a mum to dinate. how do they work? at least pay or on. rupture-even levels or maybe money laundering is my guess? the owner and the personal are so rude and protective, they are constantly interrupting their meals and telling them how to cook. Why doesn't he just cook everything in the kitchen for us and don't call it korean bbq shop?! this place has some ridiculous rules like the 100-minute eating limit, $5 penalty for rest just to name a few. a large group of us went tonight and they refused, the half of us have the BBQ buffet and the other half order full on ala carte meal. we wanted to order everybody to eat. every single one of us, it's not like we're cheating! at check-out, as mentioned in the following comments: rude grumpy old man punches the total amount in the eftpos, without even producing any tax bill at all. we should trust that they will pay us off after the terrible eating? if they are in bbq buffets, there are plenty of places in adelaide. only not these. they count the days that this place runs out of business!

About this small Korean restaurant in pitt street on Monday evening, while adelaide visited. fixed price menu at $30 per person for dinner you can choose either pork chicken or lamb to bbq on the hot plate with different salads. a. very healthy fill. BYO wine at $5 per head, while beer Asian weine are available. a very good affordable choice with friendly staff. how delicate to advise from a $5 per person surcharge for unfinished food plates!!!

This is my worst experience in Adelaide. The owner and waitress was extremely rude. They said it's all you can eat but it took them minutes to get a plate of food.. Although the policy said minutes, but I was chased out after minutes, the owner lied while I have look at the phone myself. Absolutely disgusting!

It saddens me to give this place star. We used to visit it often several years ago, bringing family and friends on a regular basis. But it has significantly changed. The service is poor. You can no longer serve yourself. The staff are stingy on portions of meat, especially the good meat, and they no longer offer the same variety of sides or sauces as they used to. It took us attempts just to get rice on the table. We visited a few times recently, but it's consistently disappointing.
