Contribuisci feedbackWe found this place while we went the strip up and down and find a place to eat. menu is extensive, the personal is attentive and polite and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. we had a lot of meals and all were generous serviettes and cooked. well worth it anyway and somewhere we go back.
There were at least 4 other tables who had bought a CUDO 6 course Duck banquet with wine. Patrons at 2 other tables heard our feedback to the manager/owner and agreed with the feedback. On arrival, offered a glass of wine. No red wine available,...only 1 type of white not sure what it is. We asked for a glass of water. Only after reminding another waiter after 2 entrees (Spring rolls, duck pancakes) the water arrived, soon followed by our waiter asking if we were ready for last course, a single scoop of ice-cream. We politely pointed out we were still waiting for 3 other courses. None of the courses matched or faintly resembled the appealing photo on the voucher booking screen. There appeared to be only traces of duck in 3 courses. The rice and vegetable courses are the only dinner plate size serves 1 plate shared between 2). When we politely provided feedback when the manager asked how was our meal', we received a smile and no other response. Like the other patrons who heard our feedback, we wont be back.
We bought a Cudo offer of a peking duck bankett at their new unley location. this is earlier indochina (now I think it is called four seasons asian.) the staff was very friendly and helpful. the badge gave us a glass wee each - we swapped. it for softdrink- no problems. the menu was set, spring rolls (1 per) then a san choy boje, 3 peking despot cakes each then chow my or fried rice with duck and a mixed vegetables followed by bananenfritter and ice cream. we were here earlier than indochina and were happy with eating and service and that was the same. the early rolls were crisp and beautiful. the san choy boje was beautiful and light, but full of taste. the desiccant cakes were a little gumy and the sauce exaggerated the deen taste for me. the fried rice and the sweet were delicious and the small half banana fritter was the perfect end. we made a lunch in December.
Rang to book 6 nights before our dinner. we have confirmed our dinner twice in the night, but apparently no booking was made when we arranged before 6 nights. So we confirmed on the phone again. we arrived two hours later. our table was not set and reserved. the restaurant had only two more tables. the service is bad, they need to ask 5 times before they have served our drinks and we waited for an hour on our fish. all our meals were already finished. the personal has a problem of creation.
Sat with my family on a scopon tonight and cannot complain about the service, as the staff was great. the food was nice, although some ground dishes were not as delicious as they should have been, that is, honey-wn and sweet and acidic pigs were a...bit-break. the failed part of our visit was when we wanted to use the facilities. it's a pretty big restaurant and they only have 1 old and dated toilet for each smiling, which would not have rolled if they were clean. Unfortunately, the toilets were disgusting! obviously they did not give much effort in their cleaning and they had an overwhelming odour. the worrying part for us was......if they clean the facilities, how is the kitchen? I'm sorry, but that has ever returned to us.
