However, I have noticed that recently, the portion sizes have decreased and the quality has suffered. I hope the restaurant can return to its previous standards soon!
This is the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch while in Adelaide for business. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the salmon bowl was fresh, healthy, and delicious. There are so many options to choose from, and everything on the menu sounded delicious. I will definitely be returning for the eggs tomorrow morning.
I was eager to try out this restaurant, but ultimately left feeling disappointed. We were seated quickly but told that someone would come take our order. However, many customers arrived at the same time and the waiter seemed overwhelmed. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes, I decided to get up and inquire about our order. It took another half hour for our food to be served (2 salads and 2 coffees). Despite informing the waiter we wanted to dine in, our food was brought out in takeaway containers. I ended up paying more for less food, which was disappointing. The salad was tasty but nothing extraordinary. It's also worth noting that the restaurant is quite small, so takeout might be a better option as the door is always open and there is a line of hungry people nearby. It's a shame because the concept of the restaurant is really nice.
Excellent selection and quality of breakfast . Great coffee and staff the most friendly . intimate setting and fine for group or solo
Have a great selection of tasty interesting recipes, a make your own option, pre made wraps, chia muesli and other health pots, and a great contemporary warm green decor. Our red curry chicken ‘special’ was delicious, the pumpkin soup and chilli con carne tasty albeit...the later a touch spicy for our mild tastes. Portion sizes were fine. The service was friendly and helpful with someone roaming to explain during the lunch peak. Felt a bit of business conscious emphasis on the up sell options; example sour cream $1, avocado $2.50, tortilla chips $2 that would have been lovely but not absolutely necessary for my taste, this ‘sell’ took the edge off what was otherwise a very refreshing and enjoyable lunch experience.
