McDonald's - Adelaide

This restaurant is hopeless. Went through the driveway service today and ordered a burger with no cheese and a grilled chicken wrap with no Aioli. Picked up my order and then got to work to find the burger had cheese and the wrap had crumbed chicken and Aoli. They have absolutely no idea.

Yes I will review McDonald's, because I have struggling to find something decent to eat down this road. And so far Maccas is the best. Yes I said it. Good job today guys, hit and miss sometimes but you did well today!

Sunday morning I took two friends to the airport and dropped in here to pick up a quick breakfast. Or so we thought. Waited at the counter for over eight minutes while the one server ignored all in-store customers while only working the drive through. Three groups left. We turned to the automated order system after the wait. took forever to get the food. This is when I noticed the parking ticket notice at the counter. Yep you guessed it $66 parking ticket because of the **** service. Coffee was like dishwater. Tables sticky with coke syrup. Disgusting! Will never go back.

The restaurant was filthy, trash everywhere, over the tables & most of the floor from about 11pm and all through the night (I should know, I used to go regularly but never again). Early hours of Sat & Sun mornings are the worst but during the week can be bad too. Not enough staff is the problem.....and they just don't care. Customer service is non existent, extremely slow. And they don't care about the café food they have to make either eg they refuse to butter the bread for sandwiches and make your coffee first and then make you wait ages for a toasted sandwich by which time your coffee is really cold. AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING IN THEIR CAR PARK !!!Please do yourself a favour and just don't go there. Hungry Jacks is just a short distance away on West Tce and is extremely clean & tidy with great staff & old fashioned service. The prices are cheaper too and they will do anything to please you !

This Macca's used to be ok but now it gets really crowded. The line ups for the drive through tend to get really long to the point where you really can't join the line up. But it's the only one in the city that has parking so.....
