Very slow with their service . Seems like they are least concerned about the customer service.Been waiting for more than 30 mins for the order.Would not recommend for customer service.Food was okay too.

Horrific service for both the Salsa and Boost juice, waited 30mins for a boost juice and had to go on to remind them I ordered it. Then when ordering food another time waited 25minutes to get for the order. The service staff are amongst the worst I have ever experienced. The server at the window looked like a purple haired homeless person who hadn’t showered in weeks, who would hire that thing to interact with the customers. I will never return again!! They have had enough chances, horrific experience and the food is average, not worth a 30minute wait.

Two days ago, I ordered a chicken and vege bowl that I had been craving for a while, but when I got home and started eating, I realised there was no chicken in it at all. I called to complain, and was asked to come back. I was unable to leave home at that stage, so I asked if they could give me a voucher or something, and the staff member took my email address and said leave it with me, but I have not received any communication since then. Another time in the past, we got a burrito bowl and wrap, and the rice was rock hard. It was literally like eating little bits of stone. As their service and food is generally good, I figured it was a fluke but it seems to be turning into a pattern. Very disappointing.
