Contribuisci feedbackI'm married to a Chinese lady who is a great cook. Usually if I eat out at an Asian restaurant I complain but this place is a real gem. Fabulous tasting food. The squid was to die for and the eggplant Devine. This is one of very few restaurants to get 5 stars from me.
While we only had 3 different dishes of free range 'Salivating Chicken', Spicy stewed pork hocks and Salt and Pepper Calamari, they were delicious and authentic enough to convince me their other dishes would be equally up to the mark. Price was reasonable and the food were served quite fast despite being full house for a Tuesday nite.By Chinese restaurant standard, the service was prompt and courteous.Recommended.
We shared the baby cuttlefish which came with red peppers and other vegies and it was fresh and fantastic. Be careful of the chilli ratings - this one is rated 1 out of 3 chillis and had a good bite to it. 3 out of 3 must be nuclear!It was a large serving which, with 1 serve of rice, fed the 2 of us nicely.
It was an excellent night the service was excellent. The service staff are excellent very pleasant. The food was typical of the region in China although not quite as chilli hot. The food was very tasty, served hot and quite adequate quantities. Very reasonable prices. A restaurant we can readily recommend.
The dishes are tasty and authentic sezchuan. Long beans, chicken pieces and especially the chilli fish were as good as I've tasted anywhere in the world.
