Bojangles - Advance

One of the few almost food eateries we often have. it is quite consistent in the rule and eating is good. Unfortunately, the biscuits were visiting like hockey ypucks that were disappointed.

This Bojangles continues to decline in service and food quality. I ordered the chicken supremes on 6/3 it looked like they made 4 of them out of the usual size of one, plus it was mostly batter and very little chicken. I would not recomend visiting the Advance location.

I stop on 6/4 around 545 for a 20 pieces family meal. Food was fresh and coleslaw was great. My drive experience was excellent

I've gone to this Bojangles for years as I live in Advance. I understand that the pandemic and other issues has made it hard to keep employees and staffing/food issues can drive problems that are not the fault of employees. But this is the absolute worst Bojangles in the Winston Salem area. Half of the time they only have one or two people working, creating big lines. On multiple occasions they've given me the incorrect order. On other occasions the food was so clearly old and cold that I threw it straight in the trash. I'm only writing this review because these issues have now happened multiple times I've come here and I've gotten annoyed enough to write a review. It's no longer worth my time to try and eat here. Honestly, with how long these problems have persisted, they should really close this store. I will never make an attempt to eat here again. You are much better heading to the Bojangles in Clemmons or Mocksville. Both are far more regularly staffed and food quality is far superior. Avoid this one at all costs.

We sat in line for over 15 minutes and so didn't get our order taken before we just gave up... people who did get their food were stuck in the parking lot because the guy taking orders was only taking one order every 4-6 minutes and traffic blocked the exit. Inside was empty and it only takes 8 cars to lock up the drive thru. Come on BoJ... you used to be so much better than this.
