Great atmosphere. Very nice Delicious and hearty Cocktail top.

Nice place to drink a drink! The atmosphere is friendly and the service is fast, we feel good. Disappointment during the tasting of tapas: tasteless Camembert bites (of course defrosted) and bravas patatas with a much too hot sauce... potatoes were still good.

We were received late in the evening with a smile. We were suggested to tapas. Sit for two very copyy people. Service and meals. You will spend a good evening at the Cartel with a warm atmosphere and good music.

A friend made me discover his friend's bar, and it was a fabulous discovery! Cocktails are as beautiful as they are. The place and charming and the great bartender!
