A small meal to go to Carcassonne, we stop at the fisherman's canteen. Very nice discovery. The dishes are delicious with an ultra-controlled kitchen of Santiago or fish. The accompaniments are original and succulent. The service is supported and pleasant. No time for the waiter. No need to claim bread or water, the efficiency of the attentive server allowed us to spend an excellent moment of conviviality. Thanks to the whole team.
