Very close to Bombay style pav bhaji, I understand the taste as I am from Bombay. Start providing lasun red colored chatni to add extra flavor.

Ordered a cheese sandwich ans a coke.. Sandwich was awesome and tasty if it would be warm it would have tasted even better but was cold and coke wasn't chilled...
