Kfc - Aiken

Although KFC recommends that customers place orders in advance, this particular location is one of the few that truly allows it. Most other KFC locations typically decline phone orders or redirect customers to order online. Unfortunately, their online menu on Grubhub is not operational and only showcases a limited range of items. Moreover, many KFC outlets, especially those in the Greenville, SC area, seldom provide any special deals. In contrast, this location consistently offers great prices, excellent specials, and a friendly, efficient staff. It’s my favorite KFC in South Carolina.

I had an excellent experience at the drive-thru—service was quick and friendly, and everything was fresh and hot. I tried the new chicken sandwich, which I would rank as my third favorite in the ongoing chicken sandwich competition! It was really delicious, and the French fries were just right. Plus, the sweet tea was quite sweet!

The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly. However, I have a suggestion for improvement: please ensure that the grease is drained before packaging the chicken. I ordered a 16-piece meal, and while the first five or six pieces were delicious, the ones underneath were so greasy that they stuck together, compromising the crispy skin of the chicken. It felt more like wet batter than crispy coating.
