Contribuisci feedbackI had always heard that they were aware of gluten and additionally be careful that cross-contamination does not occur. However, I used my nima gluten sensor and it came back with gluten in my meal. no safer place to eat.
Abes is a clip in our takeout folder. they are extremely conscientious about cross-contamination procedures and use high-quality gluten-free ingredients (buds, etc). when ordering takeout they have no problem packing gluten-free order separately.

I asked for gluten-free and also wobble free. in contrast to other restaurants they went out of that to ensure that they do not accidentally serve me something that would make me sick. the chef himself came to the table to discuss my food sensitities to assure me that my eating would be safe to eat. it was delicious and I had no promotions at all. I haven't eaten a poutine in a restaurant for years. Oh my God was good!
Ive been eating at Abes regularly got a long time. Ive watched my food prepared and have never had concerns about CC. I always advise I am celiac and have a wide variety of items on the menu I can eat. Definitely my favorite place for breakfast and a burger!
