The restaurant exists for 45 years. The chinese food is very much adapted to the western taste. It is very salty and contains lots of black pepper.
We had been in Corsica for a week, and while we enjoyed the food immensely, we got rather excited when we saw this Chinese restaurant. It isn't a very imposing sight, but it looked clean and well-cared for, so we took a chance. We ate outside on a not-too-busy street, and we had great service. I ordered a gin and tonic, and the woman seemed a bit baffled. She brought back a long glass...half filled with gin. I was a wee bit unsteady on my feet after dinner. And while this wasn't the best Asian cuisine we'd ever had, it tasted wonderful to us. The menu is huge, if a bit repetitious, and pretty much anyone can find something they like. The dishes labeled "very spicy" didn't seem that we to us. I thought the fried rice was particularly good. The restaurant seems to be run by a local couple with an Asian woman who does the cooking. We were the only customers when we arrived, but it filled up nicely by the time we left. And very important: very clean restrooms.I know not everyone wants Asian food when they're in Corsica, but if they do, this would be a good place to go.
