Sur La Braise - Ajaccio

Restaurant is great. perfect value for money. stuff excellent, they always know what to do. they get 1 waiter for eating and 1 for drinks. large atmosphere and big waiter (all three of them)

I ordered a wagyu steak, which was really nothing special, seemed more like a medium quality bark steak. the steak was served in two separate pieces a large and an additional small piece. the filet ordered by my wife was ok. everything in all I can not recommend this place, high prices and moderate quality.

We're going to dinner one evening in August 2017, being ajaccian I was extremely disappointed. to start the menu is very small (no choices) , we ordered a small (very fat) fries were dry and cold!. when at the seat we didn't talk about it we cut our meal so we were badly sitting. Too bad!

Very good reception, idem for the service. meats as tender as tasty, but not that: fish lovers are not left behind. Anyway, a real pleasure!

It is with these words that we are welcomed! and the course of the meal only confirms it. smile, humour, tourist advice (which we follow, promised!)... here is a corse away from the clichés! Copious plates, high quality products prepared with originality! a treat for all tastes! neat and very nice decoration! Detour to do!
