The ambiance is great, and I really enjoyed the flavor of their Iced Karak Tea, which costs 10 AED and is delicious. The Zafran Karak Tea is also tasty and costs 5 AED. The seating area is limited, so I would recommend getting takeaway instead.

This cafeteria near Falcon Tower is one of the best and most famous in the area. It is well-known for their special chai, which I have tried a few times and found to be both good and unique. I have also ordered for home delivery a few times and have always been pleased with the service provided by the well-behaved staff. The ambiance is good and there is even outside seating available. I highly recommend trying their chai at least once.
