I don't know why we're coming back, but we love whoppers, so we hope we'll get a hot one at some point. the service was also not very fast so we commented on how this sandwich is cold when it took 5 minutes or more to make (and they were not busy). food: 2/5
The service is terrible, I have ordered an ice cream, and I do not think there is a drop of coffee in it. they had just opened and my hathbrowns are cold. I had no burgerking for years, thought I would try again. in any case will not go back.
Google showed that they were open until 11 o'clock. we dived at 9:50 and the dame was super evil because they closed in 10 minutes. we apologised and she was not rude for any reason.
Service was absolutely terrible , they argued about making my food with the window wide open and when i asked for extra sauce they gave me none . they also gave my boyfriend an attitude while we were trying to order and proceeded to ask us 7 times if we were ready to order when we said to give us a moment with not a single car behind us , they also gave us jalapeño poppers instead of my 8 piece . i went through and there was a new manager at the window , she was very nice and replaced all of our food and had explained she had fired the person who was causing the mess .
Ordered breakfast from the drive through. Paid for order and was asked to pull over to the side. Waited 20 minutes but was trying to be understanding of them being busy (although a lot of cars left as we waited) Our food came out, but it wasn't our complete order. I went inside to let them know. There were customers inside and I was nervous to bother them but we had already paid and was missing half the order. I told the lady (manager) what I was missing although she barely gave me the time to talk and was frantic. Again, understandable since they were busy but at this point we had been waiting 30 minutes. She rummaged her hand in my bag and dumped all the hashbrowns. I waited another 5 minutes for them to get the rest of my order. I got the correct amount of sandwiches, but they were not the correct sandwiches. No point in going back if they don't care and I'm only in the way. I understand places get busy and I was very mindful of that, even getting the wrong sandwiches, but the way the lady acted and handled it was unnecessary. I hope they got caught up and don't treat too many others badly for their bad days.
