Mcdonald's - Akron

The staff and the manager were unimaginable. I think they're a young pampered child who doesn't have a clue how to be manager or responsible! I heard how they were talking to the others! so rude and unrespectful! Now I know why they are the quick turn around the imperial kingdom

Order food on the app. Got there and push the button on the app to let them know I was there . They made the food then and was hot a really goodFood: 5/5

This is the 2nd time they got my order wrong. The 1st time I shrugged it off as it was busy, the 2nd time I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins... All 3 mcmuffins had untrusted buns no egg..And they weren't that busy neither. I'm not going to make this a 3rd times a charm kind of deal neither... People need to get their thing's on track in that place..Have 2 people expediting the food out, one for drive-thru and one for dinning room. When dinning rooms quiet help the drive thru out vice versa...

Mcdonald's breakfast sandwiches are tasty and cheap. I got a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown patty. Both were good.Food: 4/5

The food was fresh the service was very good. Only problem I had was there was a kid running around the lobby while we ate playing, not one employee said anything. They forgot 1 item I ordered but it was no big deal.Food: 4/5
