Mcdonald's - Akron

I have ordered a mosquito from the menu worth. down the street l pulled out my sandwich and it was “ raised to a crispy chicken and the cost deducted from the account l linked my mcdonald’s account. I went back and she tells me what I didn't order. I can't eat big chicken sandwiches because I just have an upper plate. I am really upset; she (the manager) told me not to scream. what is the other option if they do not hear in a quiet vote? they lose my business at this place and I stayed there for dinner every night.

On 12/13/22 or at 10:10 I went to the McDonald’s on market st in akron through the akron city hospital. I'm just ordering a quarter peer with a cheese sandwich. the people who worked were all very professional with me. the burger was freshly hot and just like he came from the grill. I was on other places and got burgers who have been sitting for hours. again the service and eating was perfect. Thank you!

I go to mcdonald’s for lunch at 2:00 a.m. and get a mouthful of raw bark on the first bit the one thing they never extremely disappointing and disgusting.

I have used the mcdonald’s app lately, and it has completely changed my drive-thru experience! workers seem more pleasant and ready to ensure that their order is accurate! child-friendly: eating that children love. toys that are included in happy meals.

I have been getting my coffee at this location for 12 years I also get my food from this location I know the food will be hot and made right as well as my coffee I never have any issues with this location every other location in Akron seems to not follow the same procedure as this location when having a great customer service and always getting my order rightKid-friendliness: The managers dont allow the ones on drugs to hang inside/outside, changed the bulbs in the restroom to stop the people using needles, they call the police whom arrive quickly due to city hospital officers which keeps a healthy kid friendly restaurant! So proud of the managers at this location putting the effort in to keep a family restuarant, healthy happy an joyous.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrance/exit are wheelchair friendly as well as multiple tables! My sis is in a wheelchair and can enter/exit with no issues as well as maneuver her wheelchair inside the store with no issues!
