Mcdonald's - Akron

One star is too generous! I attempted to go inside to place an order, but the two employees standing at the door at 8:30 PM hurried inside and locked the door to prevent me from entering. When I spoke to the manager, she claimed that she had to close the lobby early, despite having five other employees with her and stating that they were understaffed. I will be contacting corporate about this incident, as it needs to be addressed!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. After placing our order and waiting for 20 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. The employees were more focused on their phones than assisting customers, and no one even bothered to check if we needed help or if our order was taken. I would definitely have given a stern warning to the staff working that shift; it was not a good look at all. Disappointing!

I visited this morning and had a disappointing experience. After I placed my order, the staff member who took it vanished before completing it. I used to be a regular morning customer, but I won’t be returning anymore. Even when I pulled up to the next window, everyone completely ignored me.

They were slammed the day I was there drive-thru was wrapped around the building. All I ordered was a coffee. Sat outside about 20-30min. Was raining. Both the guy at the pickup window and the lady bringing food out were both very friendly and apologetic. I get it places are trying to do more with less staff. I felt sorry for the crew.

A smaller footprint for dinning room area. It was first time in I been to this location in over 6 years all the whole it has been remodeled/rebuilt to the current McDonald's look. After I ordered and sat down it seemed a bit longer wait for my food but I received it after 5-8 minutes. I had a Big Mac, Double Cheeseburger only with Mayo extra pickles, Medium fry, and a large coke. All in all I enjoyed my meal and left.
