Starbucks Coffee - Akron

This was my first order from this coffee brand, and I was quite disappointed. I wasn't sure about the menu, so I sought assistance and explained what I was looking for. However, the staff treated me as if I couldn't understand their simple coffee options. I'm more of a Dunkin' Donuts fan, but I will never return here after the embarrassing treatment I received.

I love Dieucks! Regardless of the location I visit, the staff are always wonderful and courteous. Food: 5/5.

The coffee is consistently excellent. However, the young staff members at the drive-thru should be encouraged to take some time to relax and have fun during their breaks or off the clock!

Very busy so that the waiting period can be long. the parking space can become a chaos and I do not recommend parking and go because they can hang in their place because the drive thru line is too long. we sometimes do not get the custom items we order, which is a scandal because it costs so much. we ordered additional foam on a cold beer and they gave us less than the normal amount. When I informed her, it wasn't extra, like we paid for the foam being melted in my drink. if they have ever ordered a cold brew, the foam takes a long time to dissolve and the coffee was still black.

The store and staff are awesome; but there is a homeless man that just camps there smoking cigarette butts out of the parking lot, while staring at everyone. It's rather uncomfortableFood: 5/5
