We had a wonderful stay at Acacia! Spent my husband's birthday here and they upgraded our room to a suite equipped with a kitchenette that has an induction cooker and a refrigerator : A surprise birthday cake was delivered to our room... this truly made me happy : Acacia made our stay EXTRA special! From booking queries online, to check in, buffet breakfast, check out...amazing! Everything's easy breezy! Staff: Exceptional customer service was given to us. Hotel staff are all very courteous and accommodating. (Special thanks to Sev and Sunshine of Reservations Dept, Ms Angel of Front Desk/Check In and to Mr IT who fixed my PC's net issues thank YOU so much!! Room: Clean, spacious, very nice view of the metro, fell in love with their King Size bed and super soft, comfy pillows!! Have I mentioned a kitchenette that has an induction cooker and a refrigerator?! AWESOME! Food: Buffet breakfast spread is good.. Their tapa is my new fave : F&B staff are everywhere, ready to assist : Good food and good service perfect combo to start a day! Venue/Location: You can reach Festival Mall in 10 mins (walk . But of course the hotel offers free shuttle service if within Alabang.

We had a very pleasant overnight weekend stay at the hotel (March17-18, 2018). The lobby desk staff, esp. Ms Angel, was very accomodating and attended well to our needs. The room accomodation was also very good. Although for points of improvement will be the airconditioning temperature during the early afternoon which is unable to sufficiently cool down the room. We also had a great time using the pool and enjoying the sumptuous buffet meal at the hotel. Overall, it was a very good stay for us at the hotel, nonetheless.

Held our National Conference here last 3 days. And the service and food are nice. It's just that there's no Bathrobe in our room. And the room that we occupied ia for 3 pax but the towel and toiletries is for 2pax only and we still need to request it. But all in all it's a good experience.

First time to stay at Acacia Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday and was pleasantly surprised. Acacia Hotel upgraded us to a Junior Suite Room, Balloons, cake pastry and now cookies if i can rate you more than , i would. Thank you for making my daughter really happy and definitely we will be coming back.

We had an awesome stay. Our room was nice and neat. The staffs were friendly. Kudos to Chef Mac for being so accomadating. I will surely recommend this hotel�
