My experience is definitely worth coming back. A taste of fusion; a taste of quality and superb dinning. You don't have to travel to Singapore, Malaysia or Hong kong to get the mouth watering menu. Just travel to Alabang and make your reservations. It's a 5 star gastronomic.
I’ve eaten here twice and I think everything is good! I particularly would go here for the Laksa (it’s very difficult to find good authentic tasting Laksa in the Philippines) and the Milk Tea. Hope they’d serve Yuan Yang too but I guess they’ll need to serve Kopi first before we get there. A breakfast menu would be a nice addition but I’m really not too sure how many people here would regularly go out for a Chinese/Singaporean breakfast.
Try their milk tea! Your meal is not complete without it! I Love the Ah-bu braised pork in snow bun! Siomai's one of the best i've tried. Not to mention, it's the only siomai my picky-eater son eats! Husband's favorite is their fish. Perfectly cooked!
I will surely be back. The food I tried last Sunday —-duck, siomai, dumpling, steam fish, and laksa were all very good. I am not very fond of sweets so the milk tea is perfect for me, not too sweet. Keep it up dear Johanne!
