Kfc - Alameda

I haven't eaten KFC for many years and was very disappointed. The chicken were small and overpriced for 3 piece chicken meal.

Better look in your bag before departing as well as taste your drink. I do not know why I keep going back. The lack of skills and language barrier with understanding substitutions is significant and is going to hurt buisiness.

I absolutely love this KFC location. It is always spotlessly clean and efficiently managed. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the staff are always friendly and professional.

The popcorn chicken had a burnt and bitter flavor, giving the impression that the oil had been reused too many times. The overall taste was unpleasant.

I have given this KFC multiple chances, but I will never go back. The service was extremely rude, with employees not even acknowledging cars waiting in the drive-thru. This experience occurred during the lunch hour shift.
