Pacific Lighthouse - Alameda

A bit difficult to find on the first time. When you do, the dim sum was fantastic. I seen others been there for dinner events and they loved the venue.

Hidden away Dim Sum gem. Some tables over look the Alameda waterfront. Quick, varied dishes, reasonably priced. Good for families.

I love coming here to summarize my family and my large groups of employees. Food, ambience and service are exceptional! I love the location, the amazing view of the bay and boats, and there are parking spaces!

Most guests did not speak English, which is a testimony to its authenticity and quality of food served. The food was full of taste and not you typical American Chinese dishes. Loved by the Chinese in our group who testify that food is authentic Chinese dishes. It is hard to look at the marina from the windows.

American Express Card Holders Caution! I had my parents for a total of $90 lunch today and tried to pay with my American Express Platinum Card. The waiter took it, turned around and literally tortured it on the table in front of me, demanding a Visa or Master card, said AmEx changes too much fees. I felt embarrassing that I had to dig through my wallet for my free Visa Card. I was stupid with the feeling that I was looking for an AmEx Platinum or what. They have clearly published the American Express Welcome sign at their doorstep.
