Chick-fil-a - Albany

This Chick-fil-A always delivers quick service, friendliness, and fresh food! It's definitely our favorite drive-thru in Albany. You can invite a friend or meet one there—even if you just hang out in the parking lot, it’s still worth it! #MyPleasure #SeeYouTomorrow

Currently, they only offer drive-thru service. They get really busy during lunch, but the line moves fast. Quick service and good food!

I had a disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A. We waited over 15 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Additionally, the garbage cans were overflowing, and the outdoor tables were dirty.

The food met my expectations, but the management definitely needs to work on their training. As we travel extensively across the USA, I can confidently say that the service here was among the worst we've encountered. The long wait times are unacceptable. We waited 40 minutes just to get in line, and even after placing our order, it took an additional 10 minutes to get through the line. I've never experienced such poor service at a Chick-fil-A before. This wasn't our first visit; during our last trip, we also had to wait over 20 minutes for our food.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that this location is exceedingly slow. I truly don’t understand what the problem is. Every time we’ve visited, the service has been agonizingly slow. The drive-thru takes at least 20 minutes, if not more. I usually don’t write reviews—this is my first one—but I felt compelled to share my experience because it’s simply unacceptable. It shouldn’t take this long to receive service, and it’s quite disappointing. If we could have, we would have left the line by now. Update: We waited in the drive-thru for 38 minutes…
